  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive product library that enables the Sales team to clearly understand the current portfolio and helps cross-functional teams align on raw materials and packaging to commercialize.
  • Manage the end-to-end bid process, coordinating cross-functional inputs and actions to ensure each step is completed on time and in line with project timelines.
  • Oversee the accurate entry of SKU-specific details into customer-owned portals in collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring data integrity and completeness.
  • Maintain a strong focus on task and project management to meet timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Support product development and production validation studies through laboratory testing, visual inspection, and documentation of results.
  • Coordinate labeling and sampling activities to support private label spice sales and ensure that production is validated to scale at expected results.
  • Collaborate with quality, operations, and other internal teams to support product development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills

  • Strong organizational and task management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to clearly convey technical information to cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work well in a team environment, building strong relationships with colleagues across departments.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to precision in documentation, specifications, and data entry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to address challenges and changing project requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a laboratory environment, performing measurements such as density and net weight, and conducting visual inspections.
  • Motivated, proactive, and results-oriented approach with a “go-getter” attitude.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working in a food lab or production environment within the food industry.
  • Familiarity with density measurements and their impact on packaging selection and bottle fill performance.
  • Experience supporting product development, quality, and production validation studies.
  • Comfort working with customer-owned portals and managing SKU-level data entry.
  • Experience coordinating sampling, labeling, and product library maintenance to support sales and commercialization efforts.
