Responsibilities
- Support the silicones manufacturing division.
- Handle chemicals safely and efficiently.
- Conduct troubleshooting and resolve issues within the manufacturing process.
- Work in laboratory settings and assist in production tasks.
- Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Essential Skills
- Experience in chemical handling and manufacturing processes.
- Technical experience or skillset.
- Familiarity with silicones.
- Strong troubleshooting abilities.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Associate's degree in chemistry is a plus but not required.
Work Environment
Work in a clean environment that has recently expanded with the acquisition of a new business line. Join a small, cohesive team of 30 individuals. The position offers an opportunity to transition to a permanent role. The current schedule is Monday through Friday, 5:30 am to 2:00 pm, with a shift to 7:00 am to 3:30 pm expected in January.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Allentown, PA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
