Position Overview

We are seeking a results-driven IT Healthcare Recruiter to support a high-volume, fast-paced recruiting environment focused on healthcare IT and corporate services roles. This individual will manage a diverse requisition load while delivering strong customer service, maintaining timely communication, and consistently meeting recruiting performance expectations.

This role requires a recruiter who is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at evaluating talent efficiently while partnering closely with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage 20–30 open requisitions simultaneously, primarily across:
  • Healthcare IT roles (Epic Analysts, Network Engineers, Data Architects, Workday professionals)
  • Health Affairs / Corporate Services roles (Finance Analysts, Healthcare Data Analysts, administrative-focused positions)
• Lead full-cycle recruiting, including:
  • Intake calls
  • Sourcing and screening
  • Interview coordination
  • Offer facilitation
• Conduct intake meetings within 24–48 hours of receiving a new requisition to align on role expectations, requirements, and hiring timelines
• Schedule and lead weekly touchpoint meetings with hiring managers to provide updates, align on priorities, and adjust search strategies
• Review candidate resumes in focused batches (4–5 at a time) to ensure quality over quantity and alignment with role requirements
• Deliver a high level of customer service and communication, including:
  • Responding to hiring managers within 24 hours
  • Providing consistent updates throughout the hiring process
  • Ensuring strong candidate experience
• Maintain a steady pipeline of candidates through sourcing, though this role is primarily focused on applicant flow management with light sourcing expectations

Performance Metrics & Expectations

• Maintain an average requisition load of 20–25 roles (up to 30 at peak)
• Achieve approximately 40% fill rate on monthly requisition volume
• Manage roles with an average time-to-fill of 50 days
• Support an application-to-offer cycle of 30 days
• Contribute at least 1 self-sourced hire per quarter

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in recruiting, preferably within healthcare and/or IT recruiting
• Experience supporting high-volume requisition loads
• Strong ability to evaluate resumes quickly and effectively
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder communication and expectations
• Familiarity with healthcare IT skillsets (Epic, infrastructure, data, Workday, etc.) is highly preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environmen

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $50.00/hr.
