• Conduct field survey activities to support timely completion of topographic, boundary, ALTA, and construction surveys for both municipal and private sector projects
• Maintain clear, accurate, and professional field notes and sketches
• Research and analyze recorded survey documents, maps, plats, and deeds
• Support CAD production for construction, ALTA, boundary, topographic surveys, and subdivision plats
• Ensure high standards of quality and precision in all deliverables

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelors Degree

Minimum of 5 years of experience in land surveying

At least 2 years of experience as a survey field crew chief

Experience with site development projects

Surveyor-in-Training (SIT) certification in Illinois is a plus

Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D is advantageous

Strong ability to interpret construction plans and perform field staking

Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet company insurance requirements

Capable of working independently while collaborating with a diverse project team

Experience operating Trimble GPS/VRS and Robotic Total Stations is highly preferred

Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident (sponsorship not available)

Minimum of 2 years required

This is a Contract position based out of Warrenville, IL.

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $78000.00/hr.
