Job Description:

• Review and process messages received via fax and email, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up.
• Schedule surgeries and procedures for specialties such as gastroenterology, oncology, urology, and other surgical services, including colonoscopy and hemorrhoid procedures.
• Coordinate and confirm surgery dates, times, and locations with patients, providers, and surgical teams.
• Verify insurance coverage and benefits prior to surgery and office visits, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Complete prior authorizations for surgeries, procedures, and related services in accordance with payer requirements.

Qualifications:

• 2 Year of expereince working with Front Desk / Surgery Scheduling / Insurance Verification is mandatory
• Medical Assistant Certificate Preferred

This is a Contract position based out of Santa Clara, TX.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
