Job Title: Construction Project Manager for High-End Residential Homes

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager specializing in high-end residential homes. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in managing and overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee construction projects for high-end residential homes.
• Coordinate and supervise all construction activities and personnel.
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in construction project management.
• Expertise in construction management and supervision.
• Strong understanding of high-end residential construction processes.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in residential construction projects.
• General construction knowledge.

Work Environment

The role involves working at various high-end residential construction sites. The work environment requires adherence to safety protocols and standards, with the expectation of professionalism and attention to detail at all times.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Stamford, CT.

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $100000.00/hr.
