Job Description
- Own the daily plan, three‑week look‑ahead, and short‑interval schedules.
- Align crews, materials, and inspections to meet milestones.
- Conduct daily jobsite walks and track progress in real time.
- Enforce OSHA standards and company safety policies.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- 10 years of commercial construction field experience with proven on‑site leadership
- HVAC/Mechanical experience
- OSHA 30 certification
- Demonstrated ability to manage safety, quality control, and multiple subcontractors on active sites
This is a Contract position based out of Andover, MA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
