Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SSHO/QCM to manage multiple small renovation projects within a building at Fort Belvoir. These renovations include conference rooms, bathrooms, a kitchen, and several offices. The successful candidate will oversee 10 subcontractors and ensure the quality standards of the project are upheld.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the project.
- Review and uphold the quality standards of the project.
- Speak on the progress of work in meetings.
- Review the scope of work and maintain project timelines.
- Superintendent experience.
- OSHA 30 certification.
- QCM certification.
- EM385-1-1 certification.
- Proficiency in Microsoft software.
- First Aid/CPR certification.
- Ability to type RFIs and email subcontractors/clients effectively.
Work will be performed on-site at the Defense Threat office at Fort Belvoir. This is a dynamic environment where you will collaborate with a growing SDVOB company that is expanding through new JV contracts. Expect a professional setting with a focus on quality and safety.

This is a Permanent position based out of Fort Belvoir, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $115000.00/yr.
