What You’ll Do
- Produce precise structural drawings and construction documentation for a variety of building and infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with structural engineers and architects to translate design concepts into technical deliverables.
- Manage and coordinate BIM models using Revit, ensuring seamless integration across disciplines.
- Align structural documentation with architectural, mechanical, and civil drawings for cohesive project execution.
- Review and interpret shop drawings for accuracy, compliance, and constructability.
- Participate in project coordination meetings to resolve design challenges and ensure alignment with project goals.
What You Bring
- 5 years of experience in structural detailing or equivalent technical education.
- Proficiency in Revit Structure, BIM coordination, and structural steel detailing.
- Strong understanding of concrete, steel, and wood systems used in heavy structural design.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the Engineer of Record (EOR) and other stakeholders.
- Familiarity with tools such as ArchiCAD, AutoCAD 3D, Navisworks, or similar BIM platforms.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a team-oriented, deadline-driven environment.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
