Description
Reports to Sr. Management
• Ability to manage multiple highly complex projects and teams
• Establish and formulate the parameters of the design work according to the scope of work
• Direct or participate in the planning design or review of structural facilities
• Design and perform calculations and analysis of structural steel and concrete foundation and supporting structures
• Maintain project files and organize drawings, specifications, and construction documents
• Communicate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of the construction documents.
• Review shop drawing submittals to ensure compliance with project requirements
• Coordinate with other PMS architect, design, professionals, or other disciplines owner contractors to ensure necessary processes will be supported
• Supervise structural engineer II and structural engineer I in project development and assignments
• Communicate scope changes to project executive and project team
• Conduct site visits for field measuring and verification of existing conditions
• Maintain continuing professional education and discipline
• Perform related duties as required
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
401k match (currently 3%), company & individual performance, 3 weeks PTO (first 5 years)
Workplace Type
This is a fully onsite position in Beverly Hills,MI.
