Job Description
This role provides Project Management leadership across the CAD Organization, enabling commercialization of New Product Introductions (NPIs) and managing on-market support portfolios. The role leads NPI programs from R&D handover through final launch and commercialization.
In summary, we are seeking a medical device (combo products a plus) SR Program Manager with NPI experience.
Moving products from R and D to commercialization manufacturing including techtransfer. PMP and Lean Six Sigma Green belt or Black belt preferred.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical discipline.
- Advanced business degree preferred.
- PMI certification highly desirable.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt preferred.
- Experience with medical devices, pharma, or combination products.
- Familiarity with global operations and cross-cultural collaboration.
- 10 years of diversified business experience including operations support, quality at plant level, supply chain, validations, capital and expense management, and commercial product launches.
- 5 years of experience in medical device and/or pharmaceutical environments.
- Strong knowledge of good R&D practices, design control, and medical device, pharma, or combination product development.
This is a Contract position based out of Lake Bluff, IL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $80.00 - $93.00/hr.
