Sr Manufacturing Engineer
The Manufacturing Engineer develops and improves manufacturing processes for mechanical components and assemblies, driving SQDCI performance and supporting both new and existing products. The role leads process optimization, cost‑reduction efforts, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure safe, efficient, and high‑quality production.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and validate manufacturing/assembly processes using 3D modeling and lean principles.
- Lead NPI manufacturing tasks and ensure processes meet geometric and quality requirements.
- Estimate cycle/setup times and develop control plans, inspections, and standard work.
- Specify materials, tooling, fixtures, and methods; collaborate with CNC and operations teams.
- Resolve process issues, support PFMEA, implement engineering changes, and reduce waste/cost.
- Improve productivity, safety, throughput, and existing processes.
- Communicate with suppliers and internal teams; meet KPIs and update processes as needed.
- Support continuous improvement and perform additional manufacturing engineering duties.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/yr.
