Job Title: Solutions Architect

Job Description

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing robust systems and solutions to enhance operational efficiency and provide data-driven insights. You will manage the technical design and deployment of solutions, ensuring they align with business priorities and roadmaps. Collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams, you will drive the prioritization and sequencing of critical work to achieve business goals. You will also develop operational and maintenance processes, ensuring ongoing support and comprehensive documentation for all solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design robust systems and solutions to enhance operational scale, efficiency, and data-driven insights.
• Program manage the technical design and deployment of solutions, ensuring alignment with the business roadmap and priorities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to prioritize and sequence critical work to achieve business goals.
• Work closely with engineering teams to plan half-yearly roadmaps that align with business priorities and available capacity.
• Design operational and maintenance processes, ensuring ongoing support and further development.
• Develop comprehensive documentation for all solutions.
• Diligently document and cross-train team members on new and evolving systems.

Essential Skills

• Proficient understanding of data structures, data modeling, database schema, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce architecture, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Experience with forecasting processes and system integrations.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to lead complex technical programs from initiation to completion.
• Clear communication skills across engineering, marketing, and sales teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills, individually and in group settings, with a deep understanding of business drivers.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• B.S. in a business-related or quantitative field such as Engineering or Management Information Systems.
• 8 years of experience in building technology solutions in enterprise sales organizations.
• Experience in B2B enterprise architecture, with hands-on experience architecting, designing, and building complex solutions.

The role involves working with cutting-edge technologies, particularly Salesforce Sales Cloud and CPQ, and requires adherence to company policies and the ability to manage stress effectively while maintaining trustworthiness and safeguarding business operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100.00 - $115.00/hr.
