Site Project Manager

Join a dynamic team for a large project in Tampa, Texas, just north of San Antonio. This exciting 10-month project will begin in November of this year, requiring 100% onsite presence with opportunities to travel home on weekends a couple of times per month. Responsibilities

• Transform contract documents into a comprehensive project plan for your team.
• Be financially responsible for the project's profit and loss through monthly budget reporting.
• Demonstrate competence in risk mitigation, scheduling, and critical path planning.
• Lead weekly project team meetings with internal and external customers.
• Manage customer acceptance and ensure a smooth project closeout.
• Oversee customer requirements and provide closed-loop reporting to relevant parties.
• Complete monthly billing and conduct cash flow analysis.
• Negotiate customer changes into contracts and budgets.
• Fulfill other responsibilities as needed.

• Ability to read and understand contracts, specifications, financials, and bid drawings to comprehend the scope of work.
• Strong orientation towards organization and accuracy, capable of performing consistent, self-verified work.
• Proficiency in project management, conveyor system installation, installation assembly, and Microsoft Project.
• Experience with conveyor construction and installation is highly preferred.

• Experience with Amazon projects or other conveyor-related installations is preferred.
• A degree is not required but is always helpful.
• Experience in construction, change order management, and project coordination is beneficial.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
