Description
-Manage client relationships, cultivating new business connections, and collaborating with the Business Development Team to identify IDOT PTB items to pursue. -Managing PMs current IDOT Phase I, II or III engineering projects as well as County and Municipal Transportation projects. -Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and alignment with business objectives. -Monitor and manage the transportation department's backlog, ensuring accurate tracking, prioritization, and timely resolution to meet operational goals.
