  • Support new product introduction by defining process requirements, developing work instructions, and ensuring a smooth and successful production ramp-up.
  • Develop and maintain control plans and PFMEAs to proactively identify and mitigate process risks.
  • Ensure all manufacturing processes comply with applicable safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in risk assessments and ergonomics reviews to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Identify and implement process improvements related to welding, brazing, and heat exchanger manufacturing where applicable.
  • Communicate technical findings, recommendations, and project status clearly and effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
Essential Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for clearly conveying technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen methodologies in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with PFMEA development and maintenance to identify and mitigate process risks.
  • Experience creating and managing control plans to ensure consistent product quality.
  • Background in welding and brazing processes, including the design of weld fixtures.
  • Exposure to heat exchanger manufacturing or similar complex fabricated assemblies.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with design engineering, applications engineering, quality, and operations teams.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
