Job Title: Industrial Hygienist
Job Description
The Industrial Hygienist will prepare proposals, conduct complex field investigations, and write associated reports under the direction of management. This role involves leading projects and guiding other staff personnel across various local and national projects, ultimately becoming proficient in completing investigations independently. The position supports and encourages obtaining job-related certifications.
Responsibilities
- Conduct project monitoring, asbestos/lead inspections, and indoor air quality/mold assessments.
- Analyze laboratory data and prepare draft reports for senior management review.
- Maintain consistent communication of project progress with senior management from start to finish.
- Ensure employee safety both in-house and on-site in accordance with corporate policy.
- Lead and participate in asbestos, mold, lead, and industrial hygiene surveys.
- Conduct indoor air quality investigations and project oversight for asbestos, mold, and lead.
- Perform phase contrast microscopy sample analysis and occupational health exposure assessments.
- Prepare and deliver technical reports.
- Promote a positive client experience and communicate effectively with field personnel and management.

- Capability to wear a respirator and work in moldy/dusty environments with provided PPE.
Work Environment
This position is primarily office-based, with the potential for periodic out-of-area travel for projects. The role may require working in various environments, including moldy or dusty conditions, with appropriate personal protective equipment provided.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
