Description
We are seeking a Sr. Formulator to support the development and commercialization of innovative dietary supplement products. This individual will lead formulation activities from concept through launch, including benchtop development, scale-up, stability testing, pilot batches, and manufacturing support. The role works closely with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Marketing.
Responsibilities
Develop and optimize formulations for a variety of dosage forms including tablets, capsules, powders, gummies, and other delivery systems
Lead product development activities from pre-formulation through commercialization
Design and execute benchtop, pilot, scale-up, and verification batch studies
Develop stability protocols and evaluate stability testing results
Support technology transfer and manufacturing implementation activities
Evaluate raw materials, excipients, and ingredient compatibility
Prepare technical documentation including SOPs, batch records, specifications, reports, and development records
Troubleshoot formulation and process-related issues during development and production
Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to meet project objectives
Mentor junior formulators and laboratory personnel

Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $62.00/hr.
