Description:
The Senior Electrical Designer will join our team to support and manage design projects for our clients in the Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial industries. The ideal candidate must have extensive experience with Revit and a basic understanding of AutoCAD and
Bluebeam. As a senior member of the team, the candidate will manage a project backlog of approximately 3 years. We offer a hybrid work schedule that includes
both office and remote work, and relocation assistance for candidates outside the area.
- Must have 8 years of experience in Electrical Design
- Must be proficient in Revit and understand AutoCAD and Bluebeam
- Will work on Educational, Mission-Critical, Retail, Datacenter, Federal, and Commercial projects but only require experience in 2 building types
- Currently have project for 3 years.
- Relocation assistance, bonuses provided, top 25% market compensation, hybrid schedule (varies to 1-3 days in the office while the remaining remote).
- $110,000 - $225,000 Salary Range

P.E isn't required but the best candidates will have their P.E if they have this level of experience
3 years of business development with clients in consulting or construction fields
Experience managing multiple projects
Experience managing and leading project teams and mentoring junior engineers
Must have electrical experience, There is no time/ training to get up to date on the industry. Individual must come with this knowledge and technical ability. There will be a ramp up period where they will understand client process and workflow (3 weeks working directly with principal and other discipline leaders- supervisor).
Must be able to communicate efficiently. This position will be for a lead role in the company after training period.
