Responsibilities
- Develop detailed CADD drawings and plans for land development projects.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and surveyors.
- Review and interpret engineering sketches, specifications, and design documents.
- Perform quality control checks on drawings to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of CADD standards and procedures.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior CADD technicians.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D software.
- Strong understanding of land development processes, including site grading, drainage, and utility design.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CADD technician focused on land development projects.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in preparing technical drawings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lakewood, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $43.27 - $57.69/hr.
