Description
• Lead Jira Specialist supporting a Scrum Master on a high-visibility government program • Owns day-to-day Jira execution within an established Agile environment • Translates software development activity into clear, structured artifacts and reports • Supports a Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) Agile process across multiple teams • Own and manage day-to-day Jira execution across the program • Maintain and administer Jira boards, workflows, and configurations • Capture and normalize inputs from technical leads and Agile teams • Ensure data accuracy, traceability, and integrity within Jira • Produce accurate, on-demand reports and dashboards for government stakeholders • Support cross-team coordination and visibility across 6–12 Agile teams • Quickly absorb program context and reflect it correctly in Jira artifacts

Additional Skills & Qualifications
• Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required • Minimum of 5 years of directly applicable experience using Jira in support of government programs • Familiarity with software development environments and workflows • Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of applicable experience, or • Master’s degree with at least 3 years of applicable experience, or • PhD with applicable experience • Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $135000.00 - $150000.00/hr.
