Scheduler

The Scheduler will develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera P6. They will provide cost loaded schedules as well as completed ready to execute resource loaded and logic driven schedules. They will conduct schedule maintenance, collect progress data, develop and implement project schedule/ status reports, and provide consistent, accurate information to the project team. They will mentor and train less experienced Schedulers.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform all Primavera project schedule and cost related updates throughout the lifecycle of projects assigned.
• Interface with engineering, construction, planning, project management, and other transmission partners to verify updated Primavera schedule, resource, and cost information.
• Conduct and lead project schedule baseline review meetings with team members.
• Analyze project progress and make recommendations as to forecasted costs. 
• Maintain estimated costs in Primavera.
• Perform final project assessment to ensure compliance with PCG standards. 
• Assist in developing metrics and measures for the TE&PS project portfolio. 
• Participate in development of project control standards and guidelines. 
• Ensure planning, engineering, construction, and project management are following PLMP processes.
• They will mentor and train less experience Project Controls Analysts.

Education and Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree (ABET) in Construction Management, Engineering, Accounting, or Business
• Eight years’ experience in scheduling or project controls in construction
• Eight years’ experience interfacing with engineering, construction, planning, and project management
• Eight years’ experience using Primavera P6

• Demonstrate ability to manage time effectively and efficiently, show capable of having organizational and planning skills, as well as having an aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail.

This is a Permanent position based out of New Albany, OH.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in New Albany,OH.

Salary : $40 - $55
