Description
Handles samples coming into the lab Provide quality and timely response to internal and external client inquiries and requests Communicate results problems and discrepancies to clients and follow issue through to a satisfactory conclusion Track and trend client data as required Identify client concerns, complaints, and trends and recommend changes to accommodate client needs Set up new client accounts in LIMS and create required documents for sample submission for new clients

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $24.00/hr.
