Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Engineer to manage and grow key customer accounts across the East Coast. This role involves increasing market share within existing customers while developing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will engage directly with customers at their sites and at industry trade shows or expos, understanding their technical needs and positioning custom electronics solutions to meet those needs.
Responsibilities

- Understand customer technical needs and position custom electronics solutions.
- Meet monthly sales goals in a fast-moving, high-expectation environment.
- Maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Represent the company professionally in a field-based sales capacity.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of sales experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
- Experience selling within the electronics manufacturing space.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to understand and sell hardware-based or engineered products.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Customer relations experience in aerospace, defense, or military sectors.
- Experience working with custom or engineered electronics solutions.
- Experience attending and representing companies at industry expos and trade shows.
- Military past or experience supporting military customers is a plus.
Work Environment
This is a fully-remote, field-based role that will involve travel to customer sites and industry expos. The position requires a professional representation in a sales capacity
Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Hackettstown, NJ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $160000.00/yr.
Commission & Bonus: Yes Travel: Fully covered (30–40%, could reach 50%) PTO: 16 days Holidays: 11 paid holidays 401(k): 6% company match Health: Comprehensive benefits package
