Job Description
This role is an open-ended contract for 2 years with the potential for a permanent position based on project flow. The Site Safety Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the Safety team for a semiconductor equipment manufacturer. The primary focus will be on digitizing safety audits, maintaining documentation, and supporting daily safety operations in a construction-adjacent environment. This position requires working onsite at client locations, mainly from a site trailer, and serving as a critical support partner to the Safety team.
Responsibilities
- Digitize safety audits and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Maintain and organize safety and compliance documentation.
- Support daily safety operations in an active construction-adjacent environment.
- Act as the right hand to the Safety team, ensuring all records and audits are up to date.
- Provide administrative support to Safety, EHS, Construction, or Manufacturing teams.
Essential Skills
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and document management systems.
- Experience supporting Safety, EHS, Construction, or Manufacturing teams.
- 1 years of experience with digitizing audits, inspections, or compliance documentation.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple documents and priorities.
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- High attention to detail and accuracy in handling safety and compliance documentation.
- Comfortable working onsite in a construction-adjacent environment, including site trailers.
- Ability to work independently while supporting a broader Safety team.
- Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to maintain a consistent Monday–Friday onsite schedule.
Work Environment
The position is primarily onsite at customer locations, with work performed mainly from a site trailer within active installation or construction environments. The standard schedule is Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. This role is in the semiconductor equipment manufacturing and construction environments, offering onsite experience in a semiconductor setting with a steady schedule.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
