- Assist in creating permit sets for county approval.
- Engage in high-level problem solving to ensure project success.
- Develop smarter and faster workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Proficiency in Revit, CAD, and Microsoft applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with BIM, drafting, design, and Bluebeam.
- Ability to multi-task effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in identifying problems and creating problem-solving processes.
