Residential Architect

We are seeking a talented and motivated Residential Project Architect to bring creativity, precision, and leadership to our growing team. Responsibilities

• Lead the design and documentation of custom residential projects from concept through construction.
• Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional design solutions.
• Translate client visions into thoughtful, buildable architecture.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision and care.
• Contribute to a studio culture that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.

• Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• 5 years of experience in custom residential architecture.
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
• Proficiency in ArchiCAD.

• Familiarity with other design tools is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
