Responsibilities
- Lead the design and documentation of custom residential projects from concept through construction.
- Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors to deliver exceptional design solutions.
- Translate client visions into thoughtful, buildable architecture.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables with precision and care.
- Contribute to a studio culture that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning.
- Professional degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 5 years of experience in custom residential architecture.
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal, written, and graphic communication skills.
- Proficiency in ArchiCAD.
- Familiarity with other design tools is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
