Job Title: REMOTE Interior Architect (Production)

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Interior Architect to design and manage all phases of the interior architectural design process for multi-family, healthcare, and commercial projects. This role requires a strong focus on construction documentation, drawings, and production, including elevations, from the start of the design process through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage all phases of interior architectural design for multi-family, healthcare, and commercial projects.
• Develop construction documentation, drawings, and elevations.
• Collaborate with the design team to ensure projects meet client standards and timelines.
• Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to produce high-quality designs.
• Create construction document sets for various projects.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• 5 years of experience in multi-family, healthcare, and/or hospitality design.
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.
• Experience in creating construction document sets.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in corporate interiors and hospitality design is a plus.
• Knowledge in Sketchup and millwork.

Work Environment

This position is open due to a recent increase in healthcare and housing/multi-family projects. The work environment offers flexibility with typical work hours ranging from 40-45 hours per week. Employees have the option of a hybrid schedule, coming into the office twice a week, or working 100% remotely if located outside the Baltimore area. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $34.00 - $36.00/hr.
