  • Interpret mechanical drawings, assembly prints, and SolidWorks/CAD-based documentation.

Essential Skills

  • Hands-on mechanical/maintenance experience in manufacturing or automation (degree not required).
  • 0–3 years of industrial maintenance or mechanical troubleshooting experience (internships/co-ops accepted).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude: bearing replacement, gearbox inspection, belt/chain tensioning, motor alignment, basic hydraulic/pneumatic servicing.
  • Ability to use diagnostic tools (multimeter for basic checks, torque tools, alignment tools, etc.).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work overtime, shifts, and participate in on-call rotation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Exposure to PLC/HMI concepts (no programming required).
  • Experience with condition monitoring tools (vibration analysis, thermography) and reliability methodologies (FMEA, RCM).
  • Forklift, aerial lift, or rigging certification.
  • OSHA 10/30 or equivalent safety training.
