Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and maintainability of manufacturing equipment and systems within a production facility. The position focuses on analyzing failures, implementing proactive maintenance strategies, improving system reliability, and ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. The individual works closely with production, process, and maintenance teams to resolve ongoing issues and contributes to the design of new systems with reliability and maintainability in mind.

Responsibilities

• Analyze equipment failures and implement proactive maintenance strategies to enhance system reliability.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate closely with production, process, and maintenance teams to resolve ongoing issues.
• Contribute to the design of new systems with a focus on reliability and maintainability.
• Oversee training needs and maintain payroll and timekeeping systems.
• Manage spare parts challenges with vendors and OEMs.
• Communicate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Engage in hands-on technical involvement and perform physical tasks such as working at heights, lifting heavy equipment, and operating in an industrial environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work/military experience
• Minimum 2 years of related technical, mechanical, or electrical experience
• Preferred 4 years of maintenance experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation

This is a Permanent position based out of Greensboro, NC.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr.

401K, PTO, Upward Mobility

This is a fully onsite position in Greensboro,NC.

This position is anticipated to close on Jun 30, 2026.
