Job Title: Regulatory Documentation Associate
Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Regulatory Documentation Associate. Under direct supervision, you will be responsible for organizing compliance documents that aid in planning and executing regulatory activities. The primary goal is to ensure federal and state compliance related to the storage, sale, and distribution of FDA-regulated pharmaceuticals. This role is ideal for current students or those seeking experience in the regulatory field.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with different vendors to request packing slips and disseminate the documents to the appropriate team members.
- Manage compliance documents by reviewing for completeness, sorting, extracting files from bulk PDFs, renaming, and filing documents.
- Perform quality checks on documents for accuracy before saving and passing them on to other team members.
- Perform product releases using regulatory software.
Essential Skills
- Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe, particularly in editing PDFs.
- Experience with Excel and documentation or filing processes.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and FDA regulations.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- A degree in Science or an Associate's Degree.
Work Environment
The position offers a hybrid work model, with the opportunity to work from home after a 2-3 week onsite training period at the Northfield Regulatory Office. The work hours are 1st shift, beginning between 8 or 9 AM and ending at 4 or 5 PM. The role involves handling Drug Securities Act regulatory work, and the team is focused on collaborative and supportive work dynamics.

This is a Contract position based out of Northfield, Illinois.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
