Actalent is hiring an Entry-Level Pharmacy Technician / Must be Bilingual!

Job Description

The pharmacy technician will primarily handle inbound customer phone calls. Additionally, they will be cross-trained in pharmacy processes, including prior authorization, order filling, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer phone calls.
• Cross-train in pharmacy infusion processes such as prior authorization, order filling, and data entry.
• Assist with pharmacy support tasks, including labeling and customer support.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Bilingual English-Spanish
• Registered Pharmacy Technician in FL
• 6 months' or more experience as a pharmacy technician
• Strong customer service skills
• Experience with prior authorization preferred
• High School diploma or higher required
• Experience with Pioneer pharmacy software preferred
• Specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred

Work Environment

Onsite in a closed-door pharmacy in Delray Beach, FL. Shift: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
