Registered Nurse (RN) – Inpatient Hospital

About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a leading hospital in the Duncan, OK area seeking compassionate and driven Registered Nurses (RN) to join their inpatient team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes in clinical status
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments, and discharge planning
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (new grads considered based on unit)
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred depending on unit)
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

• Experience in acute care, ICU, Med-Surg, or specialty units
• Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong patient advocacy and clinical judgment

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Duncan, OK.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $90000.00/yr.

PTO, 401K, HEALTH, DENTAL, VISION

This is a fully onsite position in Duncan,OK.

This position is anticipated to close on Jul 10, 2026.
