Registered Nurse (RN) – Internal Medicine

Greenwich, CT | Contract‑to‑Hire | Onsite

$35–$50/hour | No weekends

What You’ll Be Doing

• Room patients, take vital signs, and update medical histories
• Support providers with routine, chronic, and acute visits
• Administer vaccines, injections, and treatments per orders
• Triage patient calls and portal messages
• Coordinate labs, referrals, and follow‑ups
• Document care accurately in Epic
• Educate patients on medications, test results, and care plans

What We’re Looking For

• Active Connecticut RN license
• Experience in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, or outpatient medical office
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑volume practice
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Epic experience preferred

Schedule

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM–3:00 PM
• No weekends

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenwich, CT.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
