Job Title: Registered Nurse - Urology Office

Job Description

Join a vibrant and team-oriented urology office as a Registered Nurse, where you will play a critical role in patient care and administrative duties. You will work alongside dedicated healthcare professionals in a moderately busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patients efficiently to ensure smooth operation of the office.
• Answer phone calls and provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
• Assist with insurance verifications to facilitate patient appointments.
• Utilize electronic health records, with a preference for EPIC, to maintain accurate patient information.

Essential Skills

• Active RN License in the state of Connecticut.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic health records.
• Experience in scheduling patients and managing phone communications.
• Knowledge of cardiology and urology practices.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with EPIC systems is preferred.

Work Environment

You will be working in a friendly and team-oriented urology office, alongside 3 full-time providers and 2 part-time providers. The office typically sees patients every 15 to 30 minutes depending on the provider. The work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $47.00/hr.
