Quality, Laboratory & R&D Specialists

Position Overview

We are hiring for multiple openings across Quality, Laboratory, Food Safety, and R&D, ranging from entry-level opportunities to mid-level positions for candidates with industry experience.

These opportunities are a great fit for science graduates looking to build hands-on industry experience, as well as professionals with backgrounds in quality, laboratory testing, food safety, manufacturing, or research and development.

Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing, sampling, inspections, and product/material evaluations
• Support Quality, Food Safety, GMP, sanitation, and environmental monitoring programs
• Assist with R&D testing, product/process development, trials, and technical documentation
• Review laboratory, production, and batch documentation for accuracy and compliance
• Support deviations, investigations, root cause analysis, and CAPA
• Partner with Quality, Production, Laboratory, and R&D teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
• Maintain accurate documentation and support SOPs, audits, calibration, and continuous improvement activities

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Food Science, Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field preferred
• Entry-level candidates and graduates are encouraged to apply
• For mid-level opportunities, previous experience in Quality, Food Safety, Laboratory, R&D, or regulated manufacturing is preferred
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
• Experience with GMPs, HACCP, FSMA, FDA requirements, CAPA, laboratory testing, or quality systems is a plus
• Experience with quality, laboratory, or data-management systems is also a plus

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eau Claire, WI.

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.58/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eau Claire, WI.
