Job Title: Quality Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Quality Engineer to join our Quality Department. The primary responsibility of this role is to lead, support, and develop quality systems that comply with ISO9001 industry standards. You will be instrumental in supporting the Quality Department’s objective to manage all Quality Management System (QMS) activities, including procedure development, review, and internal auditing.

Responsibilities

• Support the maintenance and enhancement of the ISO9001 Quality Management System.
• Review applicable North American Quality Requirements and Quality Standards and assist in creating and enhancing policies and procedure documents.
• Lead and participate in internal audits.
• Confirm countermeasure effectiveness of all audit findings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience in ISO 9001, IATF, or NAMQSR deployment, execution, or sustainment.
• Technical problem-solving ability (PDCA, RC/CM, TBP).
• Excellent communication and reporting skills, including technical writing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
• Experience in SharePoint site creation & editing.
• Automotive industry experience is a significant advantage.
• Manufacturing experience.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $75000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
