Description
This role is responsible for ensuring products meternal quality standards and customer specifications while assisting with quality reporting, equipment calibration,
Ensure products and packaging meet internal standards and customer specifications
Investigate quality issues within manufacturing and warehouse operations
Perform inspections to determine non-conformance and recommend corrective actions
Collaborate with operations, sales, and quality teams to resolve product issues
Quality Alerts & Claims Processing
Issue quality alerts, deviations, and non-conformance documentation
Process rejected materials and support claim resolution with suppliers
Coordinate documentation and tracking of customer complaints and supplier claims
Customer & Vendor Claims Management
Process customer quality claims and vendor-related issues
Track quality performance data and assist with root cause analysis
Coordinate shipment of samples or materials for investigation
Continuous Improvement
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of manufacturing quality or inspection experience
Experience working in an ISO-certified manufacturing environment
Strong computer and ERP system skills (SAP or similar systems preferred)
Experience using precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensboro, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.05 - $28.85/hr.
