Job Description
Join a dynamic team to oversee the construction of a metal building shell from the ground up, located next to a school on the Quantico Naval Base. The project involves collaboration with 7 to 8 subcontractors. Your role will be to manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the project, review the scope of work, and uphold quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operational aspects of the project.
- Review and uphold quality standards of the project.
- Communicate progress in meetings.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- 5 years of combined experience in Quality Control Management, Superintendence, or Project Management.
- QCM Certification
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Proficiency with Microsoft software including typing RFIs and emailing subcontractors and clients.
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- Additional certifications such as EM385-1-1 are a bonus.
Work will be performed on-site at Quantico Naval Base in Virginia. This role involves collaborating with subcontractors and ensuring all operations meet the highest standards. The company is a growing SDVOB, expanding through new joint venture contracts.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Quantico, VA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $48.07/hr.
