Job Title: Construction Quality Control Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Control Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. The successful candidate will coordinate MEP work within the team to ensure projects progress smoothly and efficiently. You will be responsible for quality assurance and quality control, as well as monitoring the safety of electric systems and mechanical installations.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate MEP work within the team to facilitate project progression.
• Ensure quality assurance and quality control standards are met.
• Monitor the safety of electric systems and mechanical installations.

Essential Skills

• Experience in quality control and quality assurance.
• Site safety expertise.
• Strong background in MEP.
• Experience with federal projects.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers.
• Federal project experience.

Work Environment

This position is based on-site in Kent County, Delaware. This position is requiring presence five days a week. You will be working in a reputable firm known for its specialization in federal and higher education projects, with a strong presence in the tri-state area.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $150000.00/yr.
