From the lab bench to the production floor, you’ll be the guardian of quality in every batch.

🛠️What You’ll Do

• Pull and test samples at every stage: raw, in-process, and finished.
• Label, log, and evaluate shelf life with accuracy.
• Verify product labeling and code dates.
• Conduct chemical and microbiological testing.
• Perform sensory analysis (yes, tasting and smelling included!).
• Complete plant audits and quality checklists.
• Operate and calibrate lab equipment like titrators.
• Keep the lab clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Communicate results clearly to management.
• Maintain data in our Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
• Support your team and take on additional tasks as needed.

🧠What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience with GMP, wet chemistry, and microbiological testing.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs.
• Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to changing tasks.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $39520.00 - $45760.00/yr.
