Quality Assurance Technician I
About the Role

As a QA Technician I, you’ll play a key role in upholding our high standards and supporting continuous improvement across operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform measurements, tests, and inspections to verify product specifications
- Audit food products for compliance with internal and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality and regulatory issues
- Document corrective actions and assess facility cleanliness and compliance
- Measure weights, dimensions, and ensure packaging integrity and labeling accuracy
- Operate standard lab equipment and digital tools (e.g., tablets/iPads)
- Communicate with various departments to support quality initiatives
- Maintain training in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- 1–2 years of experience in QA or food manufacturing (preferred)
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and specifications
- Familiarity with GMPs and food safety standards
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
