QC Lab Technician I (Night Shift) - Fort Worth, TX
Job Description
We are seeking a QC Lab Technician I to support quality control operations in a manufacturing environment. This role works the night shift from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM on a rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule, including weekends.
The Lab Technician I will perform routine sample preparation, laboratory testing, and production line checks to ensure finished products meet quality and safety standards. This position is well suited for candidates with academic or entry‑level laboratory experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare samples and perform routine liquid analytical testing
- Conduct production line and packaging checks
- Perform scheduled inspections of line equipment
- Maintain production and quality documentation
- Conduct food safety and pre‑fill inspections
- Collect and test retain samples
- Identify and document non‑conforming products
- Record test results accurately
- Assist with CO₂ testing and delivery verification
- Participate in daily production or quality meetings
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in a scientific field
- Laboratory experience from coursework, internships, or entry‑level roles
- Basic knowledge of lab testing, documentation, and food safety practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
Work Environment
Manufacturing environment requiring prolonged standing and exposure to noise, humidity, and temperature variation. Rotating night shift schedule.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
