Job Title: Project/Program Manager II

Job Description

Join us in redefining grocery shopping as a Project/Program Manager within the Grocery Partnerships team. You will play a pivotal role in launching new grocers on our platform and onboarding merchants. This exciting 12-month contract position will put you at the forefront of our expansion plans, working within the Worldwide Launch Expansion team.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and mitigate risks that impact project deliveries across workstreams and drive correctives.
• Deep dive challenges and blockers to find solutions through outside-the-box thinking.
• Drive the creation of effective cross-functional project management mechanisms and tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Effectively communicate project status and risks with partner teams.
• Be intimately familiar with the status of all projects in-flight.

Essential Skills

• Expertise in project management with 2-4 years of experience.
• Proficiency in using Asana and Excel.
• Strong communication skills and relationship-building abilities.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Cross-functional project management experience of 1-2 years.
• PM Certification.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Work Environment

The position requires working on-site in DC. This role provides an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, where automation and streamlining are prioritized.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, Virginia.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $55.00/hr.
