Job Description
We are seeking a highly driven Project Manager with robust experience in consumer-packaged goods to lead end-to-end commercialization efforts. This role is crucial in managing complex product launches across multiple SKUs, manufacturing locations, and cross-functional teams. You will be responsible for driving execution, maintaining alignment, and ensuring on-time delivery in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end commercialization of CPG products from concept through launch.
- Manage a high volume of SKUs across multiple global manufacturing locations.
- Build, maintain, and track detailed project timelines to ensure all milestones are met.
- Own SKU-level tracking, including status, risks, and readiness across all functions.
- Develop and manage wave plans to sequence launches effectively and optimize execution.
- Lead cross-functional meetings and drive alignment across R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, Packaging, and Marketing.
- Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans to keep projects on track.
- Lead large-scale natural color removal initiative, ensuring clear communication and accountability.
- Partner with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure seamless execution.
- Project management experience in consumer-packaged goods.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- 2 years of Project Management experience, preferably in CPG or a related industry.
- Proven experience managing complex commercialization projects with multiple SKUs.
- Experience working with global manufacturing partners and supply chains.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to lead large initiatives and drive results through cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with stage gate processes and product lifecycle management systems.
- Background in packaging or product development is a plus.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

This is a Contract position based out of Moosic, PA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $35.00 - $40.00/hr.
