Project Manager

We are seeking a talented Project Manager to lead a healthcare project in Salinas. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management within the healthcare sector or commercial construction and possess the ability to adapt quickly to client needs.

• Lead and manage healthcare project in Salinas.
• Oversee construction management tasks and commercial construction activities.
• Handle change orders and requests for information (RFIs) effectively.
• Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time and within budget.

• Proven experience in project management, particularly within healthcare or commercial construction.
• Strong construction management skills.
• Ability to manage change orders and RFIs efficiently.
• Adaptability and quick learning ability to meet client needs.

• Experience working with a general contractor (gc) is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

This role offers a flexible work environment with a hybrid model. Work remotely from home on Mondays and Fridays, and on-site in Salinas from Tuesday to Thursday. The position can be either direct placement or contract-to-hire, offering a dynamic and collaborative work setting.

This is a Permanent position based out of Santa Cruz, CA.

The pay range for this position is $140000.00 - $175000.00/yr.

Needs a Project Manager for a healthcare project in Salinas. Ideal candidate is a PM coming from healthcare background with a gc, a PM coming from a commercial gc, or someone with a background that can adapt to a client well and learn quickly. $145K-$175K. M/F from home and Tues-Thurs on site. Can be DP or contract to hire.

This is a hybrid position in Santa Cruz,CA.
