Project Manager

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to lead and facilitate workstream sessions, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure successful project outcomes. This role requires a proactive individual with extensive experience in project management within manufacturing, industrial operations, or capital deployment programs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate all workstream working sessions.
• Manage action items, decisions, dependencies, and open issues across a cross-functional team.
• Build and maintain the work plan, milestone tracker, and deliverable status dashboard.
• Draft deliverable documents and structured outputs for technical review.
• Prepare and present routine workstream status updates in program-level reviews.
• Proactively identify risks, blockers, and cross-team dependencies.
• Maintain visual status (red/green), risks, and countermeasures within the program’s operating rhythm.

Essential Skills

• 5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, or capital deployment programs.
• Expertise in project management, mechanical engineering, and control systems.
• Proficiency with PLCs, industrial equipment, system integration, and system integration testing.
• Experience with Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and automated equipment.
• Knowledge of industrial controls, automation engineering, and commissioning.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in systems integration environments.
• Familiarity with automation or commissioning workflows.
• Proficiency in Solidworks and schedule planning.
• Experience with robotics and robotic systems.

Work Environment

This position offers a remote working environment with potential travel to Texas or Massachusetts.

This is a Contract position based out of Wilmington, MA.

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $55.00/hr.
