Job Description

This role will be responsible for managing multiple workstreams related to the hospital's revenue cycle improvement efforts. The Project Manager will coordinate internal resources, document progress, identify and escalate risks, and ensure that projects remain on track against key milestones and objectives. The ideal candidate will have direct experience managing hospital revenue cycle projects and be comfortable working across a mix of operational, process improvement, and technology-enabled initiatives. They must be able to connect subject matter across teams, ask the right questions, identify dependencies, and help drive informed decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple workstreams tied to hospital revenue cycle improvement efforts.
• Coordinate internal resources and document project progress.
• Identify and escalate risks to ensure projects remain on track.
• Ensure projects meet key milestones and objectives.
• Collaborate across teams to connect subject matter and drive decision-making.
• Ask relevant questions to identify dependencies.

Essential Skills

• Experience in managing complex hospital revenue cycle projects.
• Strong project planning, workstream coordination, and status reporting skills.
• Ability to identify risks, barriers, and cross-functional dependencies early.
• Experience coordinating operational, process, and technology stakeholders.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills across leadership and frontline teams.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Teams and SharePoint, to support collaboration, document management, and project communication.
• Ability to bring structure, accountability, and momentum to fast-moving initiatives.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in ERP, finance, and revenue cycle management.

Work Environment

The work environment involves collaboration with various stakeholders across operational, process, and technology domains. The role requires proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, particularly Teams and SharePoint, to facilitate collaboration and manage documents effectively.

This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $70.00/hr.

This is a hybrid position in Boston,MA.
