Job Title: Project Management Specialist - Oracle
Job Description
The role involves leading and managing ERP system processes for demand planning, scheduling, purchasing, and inventory management. You will work cross-functionally with global stakeholders to define transitional process flows and system architecture. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with IT teams to implement and optimize ERP system changes that meet business requirements, acting as the voice for business needs in all IT changes related to materials management.

Responsibilities
- Lead efforts to reduce complexity, drive out cost, and improve inventory performance to deliver world-class on-time delivery.
- Engage with global teams across various functions and time zones to ensure cohesive and integrated process management.
- Analyze process data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement, providing decision support for the Manufacturing Leadership Team.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of ERP systems and processes.
- Lead and participate in projects related to ERP system enhancements and process improvements, including testing efforts and validation of changes.
Essential Skills
- 8 years of experience working with Oracle or SAP, ideally Oracle EBS or Fusion.
- Experience with large 'change management' projects such as M&As, integrations, ERP consolidation, migrations, or upgrades.
- Experience in a lead role for these projects, taking functional needs from end users and designing workflows/process flows.
- Project management skills, either formally or developed on the job.
- Experience with SQL for data queries.
- Operational-based analysis, including inventory data analysis, capacity planning, and improvements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience managing projects in a discrete manufacturing industry (electronics, med device, automotive, industrial, etc.).
- Proven experience in leading systems conversions, including management of cutover for ERP system projects.
- Preferred experience in upgrading from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion or a similar level of ERP/EBS migration.
- Self-initiative, especially on integrations, and ability to work cross-functionally, manage work through others, and attention to detail.
Work Environment
This role requires on-site work from Tuesday to Thursday, with remote work on Monday and Friday. The position is part of a high-profile project with opportunities for rapid learning and career advancement due to high level retirements. The work environment supports both global and internal manufacturing with a focus on ERP system projects.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88/hr.
