Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Management Analyst with a strong foundation in project management principles and methodologies. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage and oversee utilities and construction projects while ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of deliverables. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to facilitate effective collaboration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage a list of project deliverables.
• Update project checklists and review deliverables for accuracy.
• Facilitate effective collaboration and reporting through excellent written and verbal communication.
• Manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and project-related documents with strong organizational skills.
• Address project issues and challenges using problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ensure accuracy in project documentation and reporting with exceptional attention to detail.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing project needs.
• Prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines through effective time management.
• Adapt to changing project scopes, requirements, and priorities.
• Maintain ethical standards and confidentiality in handling project-related information.

Essential Skills

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, project management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) preferred.
• Solid understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with utilities and construction projects.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Work Environment

The role requires onsite work, where collaboration with various teams and adaptation to dynamic project environments is essential.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Cahaba Heights, AL 35243.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $27.00/hr.
